The interviewer now faces a decision as to the next task:

  • asking for a new telephone number to be supplied automatically by CallWeb CATI according to the scheduling priorities (New Number button);
  • entering a complete telephone number (with its 5-digit random suffix) to access a particular case (in the box, before clicking the Search button);
  • closing the work period and the time slip, getting ready to resume in another project, stratum or call status, or to have a cup of tea (button Close the work period).
