CallWeb is priced in three different ways:
- Turnkey project
You send us your questionnaire, and eventually your sample, and we take care of every aspect of the data collection: building the script, giving it a proper look, inserting existing data, sending invitation and reminder e-mails, managing the day-to-day operations, closing the fieldwork, delivering a fully-documented data file. Pricing is dependent upon the characteristics of the project.
- Service provider model
You get your own dedicated instance of the software on one of our servers. You build your own questionnaires and manage your own projects — as many of them as you want. You are in control. Yet, you don't have to be bothered with the complexities of setting up a secure server on the Internet. Pricing is annual ($5,000 for the Web modules) and bandwidth usage is charged.
- Annual software licence
You sign an annual licence with us for the provision and update of a copy of CallWeb that is installed on your own server. You can manage as many projects as you want and complete as many questionnaires as your assignments demand. You have total control over the entire production environment. You must set up your own secure Internet server, though, and you are responsible for the integrity of the software working environment. Pricing is annual:
- $5,000 for the Web/CAPI modules,
- an additional $10,000 for the CATI modules
- an additional $5,000 for the predictive/batch dialer modules
- an additional $10,000 for the IVR modules.
