Supervision — Introduction

CallWeb CATI includes a set of supervision modules for the following functions:

to define active projects and their behaviour
to describe active interviewers and manage their time
to set up the CallWeb script for CATI use
to populate the data set
to feed telephone numbers to the active number set and
to control the state of the data collection.
